Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement only if the product received is damaged or defective.

The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

A clear parcel opening video is mandatory as proof for all claims related to damage.

The video must show the unopened package being opened in a single shot (without cuts/edits), clearly revealing the damaged product inside.

Candles that are used, burnt, or altered in any way will not be considered for return.

Minor variations in scent or packaging design due to handmade nature may not qualify as damage.
