Partial Orders or Damaged Packets:

In case you receive a partial item, partial order, or an untenanted/void packet, please notify us about the pilferage within 48 hours of delivery. To assist us in the investigation, please keep the following pointers in mind:

 

Do not use the item for which the claim is being raised.

Provide a short description of the case, and we may ask a few questions to better understand the scenario.

Provide snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any) showing any tampering or damage.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after the investigation.

Pilferage claims made after 24 hours of product delivery.
